Description

Fife DA are stewarding the campsite for the Steam Traction Engine Society rally  (website www.stes.org.uk/)   at Balado Airfield, near Kinross.  It's close to the M90 north of Edinburgh.  From here you can explore Edinburgh, Fife and Perthshire. 

There's fresh drinking water and elsan disposal, but your own sanitation is essential.

The nearest shop, restaurant and filling station are at Kinross, within a few miles of the site. Site open at 2pm on the first day.

Activities

The nearest sports centre and swimming pool is in nearby Kinross, the nearest cinema is off the junction of the A92 and M90 by Dunfermline.

Dogs

Dogs on leads are welcome.  You can exercise your dog at the edge of the site.  The nearest dog walk is in nearby Kinross.
