Forth House, Upper Largo, Leven, KY8 6JG
The site is on a farm overlooking the Firth of Forth. It has beautiful sea and country views.
From here you can explore Pittenweem, Crail, Anstruther, Elie and other lovely villages in the East Neuk of Fife. You can do part of the Fife Coastal Walk. Or you can climb the volcanic cone of Largo Law, where an ancient chief is said to have been buried, dressed in silver armour.
Hook-ups are only available outwith rallies or if there are enough available for everyone attending the rally.
There's fresh drinking water and elsan disposal, but your own sanitation is essential. Dogs on leads are welcome.
The nearest shop and restaurant are at Upper Largo village, within two miles of the site. There's a filling station at nearby Collinsburgh. There's a good bus service along the Fife Coast from the farm road end. Site open at 2pm on the first day.
We have a steward's mobile phone number. You can call the steward on this number during any meet or holiday site. Tel 07849 749 733.
We often have social events in the evening in our party tent. A coffee morning is held on Sunday mornings. You are free to join in or simply do your own thing.
The nearest sports centre and swimming pool is in Leven, the nearest cinema is off the junction of the A92 and M90 by Dunfermline. This site is very convenient for doing part of the attractive Fife coastal path. The nearby village of Largoward has dances in the village hall on Saturday nights.
Dogs on leads are welcome. You can exercise your dog by walking from the site, round the back of the farmhouse to the nearby hill.
